Change your Mind?

No problem. We will happily exchange your purchase or give you a credit note for future purchases provided the following conditions are met:

    • The exchange is within 7 days of the date of purchase.
    • The product remains unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • You have the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Item:

We carry out rigorous inspections before purchases are dispatched. Just in case, if a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us within 48 hours and we will replace it immediately upon presentation of your receipt/proof of purchase.

 

Faulty after prolonged use?   

Please bring it in. Our inhouse technicians are handy and will try their best to get it working again. However, please note that associated costs of the repair will be borne by you.

 

Refund:

We do not offer refunds for purchased items. We will be happy to replace defective items as long as they are returned with proof of purchase and with the original packaging intact within 48 hours.

 

Excluded Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange items such as mattresses, bedding, pillows and personal care products.
